Every Learner Deserves to Thrive and Every Educator Needs the Tools to Support Them
Behaviour Squad was founded on a simple idea: the tools for managing busy classrooms and challenging behaviours are available but are often not accessed. Our team provides families, community teams and educators in the Greater Toronto Area with knowledgeable partners who listen carefully, act thoughtfully and provide strategies and support where it is needed.

To empower both educators and learners through compassionate, evidence-based strategies — and to support the families in the communities and schools that surround them.
Our approach
We're collaborative, never prescriptive. Plans are co-built with educators and program staff, grounded in research, and adjusted to meet individualised needs.
