Lital Rotman Gruneir — Co-Founder, Behaviour Squad

Lital Rotman Gruneir

Co-Founder

Lital is a behaviour consultant, clinical supervisor, and a parent herself. For more than 20 years, she has been passionately devoted to supporting children, families, educators, and community service providers across the Greater Toronto Area.

Lital is a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). She completed her PhD research in compassionate interviewing, holds a Master's degree in Applied Disability Studies, and a Psychology BA.

For more than a decade, Lital has provided behavioural consultation and clinical supervision to families, childcare centres, and schools. Her experience includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and developing and implementing social-skills groups for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Over the past eight years, Lital's practice has expanded to include individualised sessions for children both with and without formal diagnoses. She continues to support children between the ages of two and eighteen with diverse abilities and backgrounds, helping them overcome behavioural challenges and participate more successfully at home, at school, and in their communities.

Doreen Gur — Co-Founder, Behaviour Squad

Doreen Gur

Co-Founder

Doreen Gur is a behaviour consultant and supervised therapist with more than 20 years of experience supporting children, youth, families, schools, and community organizations. She specializes in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), behaviour assessment, behaviour intervention planning, parent coaching, and school consultation.

Doreen holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Florida Tech University, a Masters in Critical Disability Studies, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from York University. Throughout her career, she has worked across home, school, clinic, and community settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized, evidence-based supports that promote meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Under supervised practice, Doreen provides behaviour analytic strategies and interventions, conducts clinical assessments, designs and oversees behaviour intervention plans, and partners closely with families, educators, and other professionals to help children develop the skills needed for greater independence, inclusion, and quality of life.

Known for her compassionate, collaborative, and practical approach, Doreen is passionate about empowering families, schools and communities in creating supportive environments where children can thrive.
