Collaborative Consultation, Tailored to Each Learner

Behaviour Squad partners with educators, school teams, and families across York Region and the Greater Toronto Area to understand each learner’s needs and build supportive, practical plans. Our consultations are collaborative and never prescriptive — plans are co-built with the people who know the learner best.

Observations

We observe learners in their natural settings — classrooms, child-care centres, and community programs — to understand behaviour in context and identify practical, supportive next steps.
